We do this by curating media through tv & film, radio, programs & courses, community events, and of course one of our favorites "OVCMR Thursdays". This is a group that meets every Thursday from 7pm to 7:30pm Est, where we discuss Motivation, Mental Health, and other topics that many leaders and overcomers face daily.
